I will​ inspire you to make everyday a great day to be you!

As a busy man, it can be tough to balance your career, family and personal well-being. I understand this struggle firsthand, which is why I've built this blog to share practical, achievable advice on staying fit, looking your best and feeling confident, no matter your schedule or age. I'm not a professional bodybuilder or fitness model; I'm just a regular guy who strives every day to be a better man so I can have a better life.

I am a working, married father to four daughters and the grandfather to six. 

​

I decided many years ago that I was going to live a long, healthy, happy and productive life based on the belief that the second half of my life can and should be every bit as exciting and healthy as the first. 

​

That quest began with years of reading and researching proper exercise and diet. By incorporating these things into my everyday life, I learned what worked and discarded what didn't. As time passed, my focus shifted to include an unwavering sense of faith in myself and in always, always looking my best. 

​

I'm still a work in progress and I guess I always will be. But, as I sit here today, I can honestly say that I am grateful for the lessons I have learned along the way and for the good health and happiness I now enjoy. ​

​

To all the men out there who once had the same goals and dreams I have but feel you now lack the time and/or energy to reignite the desire to improve, follow me, let me show you how I apply all that I have learned. I'll get you there.

Your best years, best health and best looks are not behind you. Don't give up on yourself, ever. ​​
